Terms and Conditions - Le Mans Ultimate Access Code Giveaway
- Eligibility
The giveaway is open to The Race Members’ Club subscribers with an active, paid or gifted subscription. Members on a free subscription are not eligible to win a free Le Mans Ultimate access code.
- Entry Period
The giveaway begins on 03.11.2025 at 00:01 and ends on 12.11.2025 at 23:59 (all times in GMT). Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
- How to Enter
To enter, participants must leave a comment on the Patreon post promoting the giveaway.
Limited to one entry per subscriber. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
- Winner Selection
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on or around 13.11.2025.
- Notification & Prize Delivery
Access codes will be delivered electronically via direct message within 3 days after winner selection.
Technical issues with code redemption should be directed to the game publisher/platform provider.
- Limitations & Restrictions
The prize is non-transferable with no cash alternative.
The access code is subject to the terms of service of the game publisher and platform provider.
Winners are responsible for any hardware, internet connection, or additional purchases required to use the game.
Additional in-game purchases, subscriptions, or downloadable content are not included unless specifically stated.
- Disqualification
We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Violates these terms and conditions
- Engages in fraudulent or malicious activity
- Uses automated systems or bots to enter
- Provides false information
- Limitation of Liability
The Race Media & The Race Members’ Club is not responsible for technical malfunctions, network failures, or any issues preventing participation or prize delivery.
The giveaway is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Participation is at the entrant's own risk.
- General Conditions
We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if circumstances beyond our control make it impossible or impractical to continue.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and the decisions of The Race Media & The Race Members’ Club, which are final and binding.
