All the free F1 team events happening for the Miami GP
As Miami prepares to host its fifth Formula 1 Grand Prix, the city is once again set to become a week-long playground for fans.
Across the build-up, several F1 teams will host a series of free-to-access fan events, transforming Miami into the ultimate motorsport hub.
The Race Extra has pulled together a guide to all the free team-run activations across the city, so you can get involved in the build-up to the 2026 Miami Grand Prix.
While all of the events are free to attend, some do require pre-registration in advance.
Aston Martin
The event: Celsius x Aston Martin Run Challenge
When: Wednesday, April 29 from 6:30pm to 9:30pm
Where: Pier 5, 401 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami
What's happening: Celsius and Aston Martin Aramco F1 Team are taking over Pier 5 for a high-energy 5K run through Bayfront and downtown. There will also be a live DJ set by special guest Sidequest, an Aston Martin Aramco F1 Replica Car on display, racing simulators, free lite bites + Celsius and exclusive co-branded swag on offer.

Audi
The event: Audi Revolut F1 Miami Activation
When: Thursday, 29 April - Sunday, 3 May 2026
Opening hours: Thursday: 12pm – 9pm, Friday: 12pm – 10pm, Saturday: 11pm – 9pm, Sunday: 12pm- 10pm
Where: MAPS Backlot, Wynwood
What's happening: An immersive brand experience featuring appearances from Gabriel Bortoleto (Thursday evening) and Head of Audi F1 Project Mattia Binotto (Friday evening), live screenings of all on-track F1 sessions (practice, qualifying, race), racing simulators, 180° immersive spatial film experience with Apple Vision Pro, Gillette barber corner, Daily sunset DJ sessions and a large-scale mural by Miami artist Hoxxoh.

The event: Audi x Rosetta Bakery Takeover
When: Saturday, April 25th – Sunday, May 3rd
Where: 9 Rosetta Bakery locations across Miami
What's happening: In collaboration with Rosetta Bakery, a staple of Miami’s café culture, the team creates an additional race-week touchpoint, embedding itself into the city’s lifestyle and offering fans a more informal way to connect with the brand.

The event: Cadillac Miami Headquarters Pop-Up
When: Saturday 2 May - Sunday, 3 May 2026

Where: Jungle Plaza, Miami Design District
What's happening: Immersive F1-themed brand experience with an appearance from Cadillac driverSergio Perez, racing simulators, live screening of F1 sessions (sprint, qualifying and race), DJ sets and live music, food vendors from local Miami restaurants, official Tommy Hilfiger collaboration store, bar and hospitality areas (Jim Beam cocktails, 21+ zones), Cadillac vehicle display and showcase area.

McLaren
The event: McLaren Racing Live: Miami

What's happening: This immersive event invites fans to get closer than ever to the world of McLaren Formula 1, featuring the rare opportunity to view more than six McLaren race cars up close, explore interactive experiences like VR pitstops, and capture photos with championship trophies. Guests can also enjoy live screenings of all Miami Grand Prix sessions, creating a shared race week atmosphere in a vibrant waterfront setting.

The event: McLaren Show Run
When: Wednesday, 29 April from 4pm to 11:30pm
Where: Regatta Harbour Marina
What's happening: A live McLaren F1 show run on city streets of Miami featuring historic and modern McLaren F1 cars (MP4/6, MP4-23, MP4/14, M23, MCL60 and Arrow McLaren Indycar) in action. McLaren legends, including Mika Hakkinen and Emerson Fittipaldi, will be on site during this high-speed demonstration driving in a controlled public environment. There will also be interactive fan activations, official merchandise stalls, as well as food, drinks and social spaces.

Racing Bulls
The event: Esses South Florida Car Show
When: Thursday, April 30 from 7pm to 11pm
Where: Riverset Studios, Miami
What's happening: Esses, Visa, and Cash App are taking over Miami’s Riverside neighborhood for a block party, car show, and celebration. There will be an exhibition of custom cars including: Candy-painted “donks”, JDM imports, European classics, purpose-built race cars and a Visa Cash App Racing Bulls showcar on display. The event will also include live DJs (two sets), food trucks and custom drinks, photo opportunities and surprise activations.
Williams
The event: Williams Fan Zone Presented by Kraken
When: Wednesday, 29 April - Sunday, 3 May 2026
Opening hours: Wednesday: 4pm-8pm, Thursday: 4pm-10pm, Friday: 4pm-10pm, Saturday: 12pm-10pm, Sunday 12pm-10pm
Where: Swarm Fan Fest, Wynwood Marketplace
What's happening: There will be appearances from Carlos Sainz (Wednesday at 6pm), Luke Browning (Thursday at 4.45pm), James Vowles (Thursday at 6.15pm), Damon Hill (Thursday at 8pm). Also on show is an interactive F1 show car display (FW48 livery), sim racing rigs and esports gaming zone, hands-on aerodynamic and “forces of F1” experiences, special Miami merchandise drops, partner activations and prize competitions.
