IndyCar Officiating Incorporated has moved AJ Foyt Racing’s Caio Collet, the top rookie qualifier in 10th with the No. 4 Chevy, and Dreyer & Reinbold Racing’s Jack Harvey who qualified 29th in the No. 24 Chevy, to the back of the Indianapolis 500 starting grid for unapproved parts on their cars.
