Charles Leclerc claimed his first Formula 1 win in over a year in the British Grand Prix after a late mechanical failure for championship leader Kimi Antonelli.

The race finished under safety car following an off for Max Verstappen, despite the expectation of a last-lap shootout for the win.

Antonelli nursed his ailing Mercedes home to ninth place on the road - but was relegated to 11th by a track limits penalty.
